Greetings, Colleagues!
Registration is officially open for the 2025 Montana CBT Conference, happening in Helena on October 23-24.
Each year, my goal is to create a space where psychotherapists from Montana and surrounding states can refresh their clinical skills, connect with colleagues, and reignite their passion for evidence-based psychotherapy. All mental health professionals are welcome, whether or not you are primarily a CBT therapist.
This year’s lineup features a strong dose of ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), plus something new: an optional networking lunch event, featuring trivia, prizes, and fun!
Here’s a quick preview of the conference line-up…
Keynote Address: A Practical Approach to Working with Shame
Integrating Self-Compassion into Evidence-Based Practice
Seeing Past the Clutter: An Intro to Hoarding Disorder
ACT Beyond the Hexaflex: The Choice Point 2.0 Model
Suicide Safe Care
When Anxiety Looks Like Productivity: Addressing High-Functioning Anxiety with CBT
Hot Topics Panel: Real Answers to the Things You’ve Been Figuring Out Alone (Four panelists cover topics pertaining to business basics, documentation, licensing board, and reducing professional isolation, with an opportunity for Q&A)
The conference website has everything you need — including full workshop descriptions, speaker bios, and lodging details. https://events.humanitix.com/montanacbtconference
