Now is a great time to plan your continuing education for the year! Consider attending the 4th annual Montana CBT Conference, taking place this year on October 3-4, in Helena, MT.
Earn 12 CE hours and walk away with strategies that are directly applicable to your clients. All mental health professionals are welcome, whether or not you are primarily a CBT practitioner.
Day 1 Sneak Peak:
Keynote by Dr. Cara Palmer, director of the MSU Sleep and Development Lab. She’ll be speaking about her research on sleep and mental health and why so many adolescents and adults struggle to get enough.
Then, we’ll dive in to an in-depth training on delivering CBT for Insomnia. You’ll walk away with the gold standard protocol on helping your clients improve their sleep.
Day 2 of the conference is still in the works and will include three more workshops on evidence-based psychotherapy topics. The conference will also feature new and improved networking opportunities!
Please reach out if you have any questions about the conference. I’ll be launching the registration website this spring. Until then, I’ll share more details via this newsletter as conference planning continues.
Be well! Hope to see you in October.
